Approach

For Conduent’s 80,000 sq. ft. Bengaluru workspace, we approached the branding as an opportunity to create a large-scale workplace experience that connects global brand identity with Indian cultural expression. The objective was to transform expansive spaces into engaging brand environments while maintaining consistency across functional zones, employee touchpoints and collaborative areas.

Solution Areas

We created a comprehensive workspace branding system spanning the Reception Anchor Wall, Navigational & Wayfinding Touchpoints, Collaborative & Social Hubs, Workspace Zones, Micro Touchpoints, Conference Rooms and Meeting Rooms. A key focus was the development of long format wall designs, combining Conduent’s brand language and patterns with Indian culture inspired Warli artwork. We further enhanced the environment through textured wall treatments, graphic compositions and customised digital lighting installations, creating visual depth and character across the workspace.

Outcome

The outcome was a large-scale, cohesive and culturally rooted workplace identity that brings Conduent’s brand to life across its 80,000 sq. ft. Bengaluru office. The combination of brand language, Indian inspired artwork, textures and lighting transformed functional spaces into memorable visual experiences, creating an environment that feels contemporary, inclusive, engaging and distinctly connected to its location.
